Wynonna Judd made a guest appearance on Bunnie Xo’s Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic Tour in Nashville in February.
Wynonna Judd opened up about an unexpected experience she once had at the White House during a live taping of Bunnie Xo’s Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, which aired on the Dumb Blonde podcast on April 26.
During the interview, Judd was asked to share the most surprising “rockstar” moment of her life. She recalled that she once lay down in a bed inside the White House and even went through some of the drawers, joking that she’s “done everything.” When asked what she found, she said there was nothing inside, adding humorously that it was a place “nobody really wants to be.”
The conversation also turned to more personal topics, with Judd sharing that she enjoys spending quiet time by the water as a way to unwind and describes it as therapeutic. She also said she has been trying to distance herself from social media, explaining that she has returned to reading the Bible again as part of that effort, while emphasizing that for her it is more about personal connection than religion.
Elsewhere in the discussion, Judd revealed that she has a new album planned for release this spring, describing the project as deeply personal and rooted in her own experiences.
Her most recent full album of original material was 2016’s Wynonna & The Big Noise, followed by the 2020 EP Recollections. Earlier this year, she also performed a tribute to Tammy Wynette at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.
