“The couple is expecting their third child!”
Luke Combs and his wife Nicole showcased her growing baby bump on the CMA Awards red carpet.
Styled by Katy Robbins, Luke wore a custom Eric Adler suit with a Brackish pocket square and M.L. Leddy boots, while Nicole turned heads in a Carolina Herrera gown complemented by Alexis Bittar jewelry, an Elizabeth Cole bracelet, an Alexander McQueen clutch, and Alaia heels. The couple radiated both style and excitement as they celebrated the evening and their expanding family.
In late September, the couple revealed that they are expecting their third child through a charming Instagram video. Seated on the grass with their sons’ backs to the camera, Nicole revealed a previously hidden ultrasound, while their two boys, Tex Lawrence, 3, and Beau Lee, 2, raised their hands in excitement at the news of a new sibling. A follow-up clip offered a closer look at the ultrasound as the soon-to-be family of five walked hand-in-hand. Their post read: “Third time’s a charm! ✨ Baby #3 coming this winter 🤍.”
Fans have speculated about the baby’s gender, but in a recent Instagram Q&A, Nicole shared they would be thrilled with “any and all lil nuggets.” She also confirmed that this time, they won’t know the baby’s gender until birth.
Before starting a family, both Luke and Nicole worked in the music industry. The North Carolina native was pursuing his career as an artist, while Nicole was employed at BMI. The pair first met at the 2016 Key West Songwriters Festival in Florida, where Nicole was hosting and Luke was performing. They began dating shortly after and married on August 1, 2020.
The couple welcomed their first son, Tex Lawrence, on Father’s Day, June 19, 2022, followed by their second son, Beau Lee Combs, on August 15, 2023.
