Jessie James Decker’s children are clearly inheriting their dad’s athletic genes.
On Thursday, January 1, the 37-year-old singer and actress shared Instagram photos from a tropical family getaway, featuring her three older kids — daughter Vivianne, 11, and sons Eric Jr., 9, and Forrest, 7.
In the photos, the trio could be seen striking poses on the beach and showing off their toned abs before heading for a swim. Other snapshots included Jessie and her husband, former NFL player Eric Decker, with their youngest child, 21-month-old son Denver.
“2026 here we come baby!! Here’s to fresh starts, full hearts, happy babies and beautiful memories to come,” Jessie captioned the post. “My resolution is always health, happiness, and time well spent with the people who matter the most!!! #family #2026 #happynewyear.”
Fans flooded the comments, marveling at how fit the Decker kids are. “The abs on the Decker fam is CRAZYYYYY 😂💪,” one person wrote, while another added, “Okkkkk Abbb family !!! I love it ! Happy New Years to my fav family to follow😍❤️🙌👏👏.” Jessie responded to several comments with laughing-crying emojis.
This isn’t the first time Jessie has shared glimpses of her children online. In August, she posted photos of her three older kids on their first day of school, proudly noting her sixth-, fourth-, and second-graders, and capturing baby Denver waving goodbye.
In October, Jessie discussed co-sleeping during an Instagram Q&A, revealing that she personally co-slept with all four of her children until they were about 12 months old. “I’m not here to tell anyone what to do, but that felt natural for me,” she explained. “They are little babies that lived in me for nine months & they need comfort and connection.”
Earlier, in February, Jessie celebrated Denver’s first birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post alongside Eric. She shared clips from the hospital room after welcoming Denver and footage of her three older kids meeting their baby brother for the first time.
“Our sweet baby Denver is one ❤️ This will go down as one of the greatest moments of my life,” she wrote. “Watching all of my babies run into the room to meet their little brother was like a movie in slow motion. I cry tears of joy every time I think about it. I am so grateful for my family and for this beautiful day ❤️ happy birthday our sweet boy. Oh the joy you have brought to all of us❤️.”
