Gwen Stefani is feeling especially thankful for her husband, Blake Shelton, as the couple celebrates their fourth wedding anniversary.
The two exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony on July 3, 2021, at Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma. To mark their milestone this year, Stefani, 55, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share her love and gratitude. “7-3-21. Every day I thank God for you @blakeshelton. Happy anniversary ❤️ I love you so much ❤️,” she wrote alongside a video montage of tender memories from their relationship, featuring kisses, laughter, and shared moments—set to their duet “Purple Irises,” which they performed at the 2024 ACM Awards.
Shelton, 49, also honored the day with his own Instagram post, sharing a romantic throwback photo from their wedding. “My pretty girl… I’m the luckiest man to be married to you and to know you. I love you @gwenstefani!!!!!! Happy anniversary!!!!” he wrote.
Their story began on season 7 of The Voice in 2014—Stefani’s first appearance on the show and Shelton’s seventh. They started dating the following year, officially becoming a couple in November 2015. Shelton proposed in October 2020, and both artists announced the engagement on Instagram with matching photos and heartfelt captions.
Stefani, known for hits like “Hollaback Girl,” shares three sons—Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo—with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. The former pair divorced in 2016 after nearly 12 years of marriage. Shelton was previously married to Kaynette Williams and later to fellow country singer Miranda Lambert before their split in 2015.
In a 2022 PEOPLE cover story, Shelton opened up about embracing his role as a stepfather, saying he takes the responsibility “very seriously.”
