Dolly Parton is sending warm Thanksgiving wishes to her fans.

On Thursday, Nov. 27, the 79-year-old country music legend shared a heartfelt message on Instagram following recent health challenges.

“Well hey! It’s Dolly here, and I want to wish all of you and your families blessings this Thanksgiving. I am so grateful for all of you and the memories we’ve shared over the years,” she said.

Parton continued, “So Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, and just know that I will always love you.” She captioned the video, “Wishing you and your family blessings this Thanksgiving ❤️.”

Fans quickly responded with messages of love and gratitude. One wrote, “You’ve been a sweet comfort to me since my childhood. You are a shining beacon of light and hope, and like so many, I love you Dolly! Wishing you every bit of good, light, and love this holiday season and always🥰❤️🧡💛💚💙💜.” Another added, “Happy Thanksgiving Dolly! Thankful for you!” while a third commented, “And we will ALWAYS love you dear Dolly!❤️.”

Some fans acknowledged the personal challenges Parton has faced, including the loss of her husband Carl Dean in March at age 82. “Dolly, Happy Thanksgiving. I know how hard it is to have a vacant spot at the table. Wishing you a blessed day with your family. 🦃🥧,” one fan wrote.

Parton’s message follows her virtual induction into the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Hall of Fame on Monday, Nov. 17. In the video, she referenced her recent health issues, saying, “Well hey there, it’s Dolly. I sure wish I could be with you in person today, but you probably heard that I’ve been dealing with a few health challenges this fall, and my doctors told me to take it easy for just a little while.” She also expressed gratitude to her Dollywood business partners and apologized for not being able to attend in person.

The recognition followed just a day after Dolly Parton received the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences via video message at the 2025 Governors Awards.

Celebrating her first Oscar win, Parton described the honor as “a great privilege” and “a blessing of a lifetime.”

Earlier in September, she revealed that her Las Vegas residency, originally scheduled for December, has been postponed to September 2026.
