Carrie Underwood Wraps Up Her ‘Reflection’ Las Vegas Residency After Over Three Years

Carrie Underwood has officially closed the curtain on her Las Vegas residency, Reflection.

At 42, the award-winning singer delivered her final performance on Saturday, April 12, marking the end of a residency that began in December 2021. Underwood not only launched the Reflection series but also had the honor of being the first artist to headline the Resorts World Theatre.

During the final 90-minute show, Underwood wowed fans with a powerhouse performance, showcasing her signature stage presence and vocal strength. She gave the audience a night to remember, performing fan favorites such as “Cowboy Casanova,” “Before He Cheats,” and “Church Bells.”

At one point in the night, Underwood took a heartfelt pause to express her gratitude. “Being on this stage is such a blessing,” she said, crediting her journey—and that of her bandmates—to divine guidance. “So many things in our lives happened in ways only God could have orchestrated.”

Reflecting on her journey, the singer and mom of two added, “This whole experience has been incredible. It’s all been a blessing, and it’s been a true honor to perform here. I’ll be looking back on everything we’ve accomplished together with so much gratitude.”

Carrie Underwood took her final bow after performing Reflection a total of 72 times. Over its more than three-year run, the residency captured the glitz and glam of Las Vegas with dazzling costumes, dramatic pyrotechnics, mirrored visuals, bold fashion, and extravagant stage designs.

Ahead of the final show, Underwood shared with PEOPLE that staying in one location for an extended time offered a refreshing change from the typical touring lifestyle. “I’ve always enjoyed being on tour, but having the opportunity to perform in one place for a longer stretch has been incredibly fulfilling,” she said. “It’s been amazing to share this experience with people who’ve traveled to Las Vegas from across the globe.”

She went on to say that while her shows have always featured impressive production, Reflection gave her team the chance to take things even further.

Though Carrie Underwood kept her emotions in check for most of her final Reflection performance, there was a noticeable crack in her voice as she made her final descent from the stage. Her last song of the night was a powerful rendition of her 2014 hit, “Something in the Water.”

As she addressed the crowd one last time, the American Idol winner-turned-judge expressed her heartfelt appreciation. “Thank you once again for being part of Reflection,” she said. “It’s truly been an honor, a privilege, a joy, and a blessing to stand on this stage.”
